In 1999, Annie opened a shop called Farmington Floral. Farmington Floral began as a little shop started by someone who was tired of the way customers in the area were being treated by the big, established shop.
Main Street Floral was started in 1990 by Connie O'Brien. In 2001 Annie purchased the shop from Connie and continued to run the floral shop that she began in Farmington Utah. Due to the growth of Main Street Floral in Layton, the Farmington location was closed and Annie concentrated full time on the growing Layton business.
From the beginnings of both shops, customer service has been an absolute imperative. We want you to want to come back again, it's that simple.
We are proud to be members of the Utah Professional Florist Association, where Annie serves as Immediate Past President of the Association. We are committed to being responsible members of not only the community of Layton and Davis County, but also in the floral community and the Utah business community at large.
Annie was the recipient of the 2012 Abbe McDaniels Memorial Designer of the Year Award
We constantly strive to become more of a green business, and we participate in voluntary recycling of cardboard and plastic waste, but also of used floral containers. Customers may bring in their empty, usable containers for in-store credit, or they can bring in a favorite container and we will fill it with flowers for them.
